Prequalification of contractors to conclude an agreement on
revision, repair, replacement of bearings and valves in the production of PLC during a major shutdown in May 2020, according to the following lots:
1. Lot 1 - Revision with a possible replacement of the shaft bearings of the mesh part;
2. Lot 2 - Revision of partial stop valves for chemicals tanks. Replacement of epiploons, replacement of laying;
3. Lot 3 - Revision (with possible replacement) of ZXX-70 pump bearings;
4. Lot 4 - Revision with the possible replacement of rolling bearings, plain bearings; revision with the possible replacement of shafts of mixing devices;
5. Lot 5 - Replacement of bottom scraper gearboxes;
6. Lot 6 - Replace gaskets on pipelines, replace fasteners, replace flanges. Repair of supports, tightening with a torque wrench;
7. Lot 7 - Replacement of pipelines for venting steam from safety valves. Dismantling unused sections of the steam discharge pipeline;
8. Lot 8 - Revision of RU - 1, 2, 3, 4 replacement of glasses, replacement of gaskets, bolted joints, repair of link levers;
9. Lot 9 - BPS filtrate tanks: opening of hatches on tanks, internal inspection of a glass and side walls together with technological personnel. Welding cracks.
