Comments:
This pre-qualification is the first step in selecting equipment suppliers.
The goal of the first stage is to evaluate and select technical solutions, equipment, and counterparties based on sustainability, reliability, and goodwill criteria.
Participants are required to submit technical and commercial offers for equipment, including information on terms of delivery (price, timing). The organizer will perform a feasibility assessment of the effectiveness of the proposals, which will approve the choice of technical solutions, equipment for their inclusion in the design, technical documentation.
The outcome of this step will be to select the type of equipment and identify the list of contractors to supply the equipment. The winners of the procedure will be invited to participate in the commercial stage of counterparty development, which will be held in the second half of 2021. At the end of the commercial stage, the winner of the procedure will be selected with the best conditions for the supply of equipment.
The Organizer also reserves the right to choose the winner of the procedure and enter into the contract after the preliminary qualification.

Please note that this request is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 — 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw all Proposals received for any Proposals received cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.


The bidder must attach a quotation signed by the person responsible and on the letterhead. Quality Passport and Certificate of Conformity for the goods. Official Dealer Agreement. The quotation submitted through the ETP functionality must match the price in the offer.
When applying for the Request for Proposals, you must attach a signed copy of the questionnaire and the articles of incorporation (listed in the Requested Documentation file)
