Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:25% - advance payment, within 10 working days from the date of signing the delivery agreement,
25% - advance payment, within 10 working days from the date of written notification of the equipment's readiness for shipment with video,
25% - settlement, within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the equipment to the Buyer's warehouse,
25% - final calculation within 30 days after the equipment is put into operation
