This procedure for requesting proposals is not a competition, and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447, 449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure for requesting proposals is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057, 1061, Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.

A company-participant should not be insolvent or bankrupt, be in the process of liquidation;
the property in the part essential for the execution of the contract should not be seized, economic activities should not be suspended.
For the qualification selection, the participating companies are recommended to have successful experience in organizing the transportation of general cargoes by motor transport, professional experience and reputation.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
