Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.

property in the part essential for the performance of the contract should not be seized, economic activity should not be suspended.
The participating company is recommended to have successful experience in organizing services for the transportation of general cargo by road, professional experience and reputation for passing the qualification selection.
