Pre-qualification selection for the selection of suppliers of split systems for objects of BO and RD of small format, RC and ATP, as well as operated facilities of JSC Tander for the period from 01.10.21 to 01.10.22. for the MAGNET retail network
To take part in the Prequalification Selection (PQS), the bidder must complete and upload the following files to the B2B platform (see additionally the procurement documentation):
1) Checklist (required)
2) Compliance with TK (required to be filled in)
The delivery time to the network object of the entire set of equipment should not exceed 10 calendar days for the objects of "Redesign" and 14 calendar days for the objects of "Discovery" from the moment of placing the order. The moment of placing an order is considered to be an application for the purchase of equipment agreed and accepted for execution by the two parties.
Before taking part in the request for proposals, you must familiarize yourself with the procurement documentation (see the invitation to participate in more detail).

EDS is not required
Only one legal entity can take part in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or tender, and is not subject to Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the Customer at the choice of the supplier.
