PJSC "VimpelCom" invites your company to take part in the prequalification of contractors for the provision of cleaning services for sales offices for the Central region of PJSC VimpelCom (Volga + Ural), for a period of 2 years. If you successfully pass the prequalification selection, your Company will be able to take part in supplier selection events for this category, held by PJSC VimpelCom.
A participant can apply for any lot.
To participate in the pre-qualification selection, please, before 15:00 (Moscow time) on November 25, 2020. submit the following documents to the B2b-Center electronic trading platform:
1. 1. Scanned copies of the following documents in PDF format with signature and seal:
• Participant's questionnaire (fill in, sign, seal)
• Confidentiality statement (sign, seal)
• Confirmation letter of non-affiliation (fill in, sign, seal)
• Declaration of Conformity with the Qualifications Requirements (complete, sign, stamp) and all required supporting documents from this statement.
• Statement of consent to participate in the PKO IMS (fill in, sign, seal).
2. Completed files in XLS format:
• Fin. analysis (fill in) + scans of bukh. balance and fin. reporting for two reporting periods, with a mark of acceptance in the tax office or a certificate of acceptance.

Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
a) the participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
b) each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and attachments must also be grouped into one file, for example: The Charter must not be scanned in separate pages , but into one file (PDF file in black and white format);
c) each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
