Comments: Dear Gentlemen!
PJSC MegaFon conducts preliminary qualifying selection of Participants for the competitive procedure for choosing the chat platform, customizing the chat platform to the requirements of the Customer and subsequent technical support of the revised solution.
The tender procedure will be held at ETP B2B-Center (https://www.b2b-center.ru) for the needs of LLC "Scartel" (brand "Yota").
The start of the competitive procedure is planned in February 2020.
Supplier will be selected for 5 years
Mandatory requirements of the Customer:
1) The presence of a chat platform with the following functions:
• creation, support and closing of chat sessions
• storage of chat history
• integration with the Customer's systems
• formation of a queue of chats and routing them based on the specified parameters
2) Ability to configure and improve the platform by the Contractor to the specified requirements of the Customer (customization)
3) Local placement of the solution on the Customer's resources without the need for information exchange with third-party resources.
4) Willingness to sign NDA with LLC "Scartel" in the form given in Appendix 3
The upper level description of the Customer's technical requirements can be found in Appendix 2 "Technical Requirements for 2T System". If necessary, a more detailed description can be provided, which can be obtained only after signing the NDA.

1) description of the existing solution/solution architecture
2) description of licensing policies (licensing metrics/licensing type (fixed-term licenses), etc.)
For integrators: Authoritative letter of the manufacturer/developer according to the requested in paragraph 2 of Annex 1.2 "Mandatory requirements" of the RFI questionnaire forms
