PJSC "MegaFon" conducts preliminary qualification of participants for the contest procedure "Personal account of B2B clients of YOTA on the platform LifeRay".
Purchase item:
Selection of the supplier of work on refinement and technical support services of the personal cabinet for B2B clients of "Scartel" LLC on the platform LifeRay in accordance with the requirements of the Customer.
The competition procedure will be held at the ETP B2B-Center (https://www.b2b-center.ru) for the needs of LLC "Scartel" (brand "Yota").
The start of the competition procedure is planned in July 2020.
Supplier will be selected for 3 years
Information about the System:
The purpose of the System is to automate the activities of the Customer's employees and its Partners in the service of Client's clients — legal entities. Also, the System provides the opportunity to customers to perform self-service within the framework of the permitted operations for this purpose:
• authorization
• payment for services
• SIM card management
• document management
• profile management
• receiving support
• etc.
The system has integration with other systems of the Customer:
• billing
• analytical reporting
• CRM and Contact Center
• subscriber data system
• corporate vault
• B2C system
• 1C
• site
• service model
• payment system
• Product Management
• etc.
Mandatory requirements of the Customer:
1) Experience in providing services for development (creation) of sites for at least 2 years for enterprises working in the field of telecommunications, or for large news agencies or banks.
2) Availability of one or more completed internal portals on the basis of the LifeRay platform, with a lifetime of at least a year.
3) Readiness to refine and maintain someone else's code
4) Readiness to sign NDA (with personal data) with "Scartel" LLC according to the form in Appendix 3. To obtain a competitive task that includes a complete description of the Customer's System, it is possible only if there is a signed NDA.
The participant must place on the B2B-Center ETP before the deadline specified as the end date of the offer reception (until 18.00 msk 05 June 2020), the following information:
• Filled RFI survey forms in MS Excel format.
• Scan of signed Appendix 1.1 of RFI "General Member Information"
• Scan of the signed NDA offer in the form of Annex 3 to the Invitation. The NDA form is allowed to be completed "by hand" with a mandatory signing date.
