Services for the development, completion, technical support and operation of the "Yota Digital POSM" System for the clients of "Skartel" LLC in accordance with the Customer's requirements.
PJSC "MegaFon" conducts a preliminary qualification selection of Participants for the competitive procedure for the provision of services for the development, refinement, technical support and operation of the "Yota Digital POSM"System.
Subject of purchase:
Services for the development, completion, technical support and operation of the "Yota Digital POSM" System for the clients of "Skartel" LLC in accordance with the Customer's requirements.
The competition procedure will be conducted at the B2B-Center ETP (https://www.b2b-center.ru) for the needs of LLC "Skartel" (brand "Yota").
The tender procedure is scheduled to start in July 2021.
The supplier will be selected for at least 3 years.
System Information:
The existing Automated Yota Digital Posm system designed for:
• distribution of advertising products, selection of tariffs using Apple iPad tablets
• providing information about current tariff plans and offers, using the tariff calculator
• sending information, via SMS messages to customers, based on the prepared tariff offer
• storage and administration of directories of the retail sales and service department
The Yota Digital Posm system consists of 2 main components: the seller's interface (front) and the admin part (back), the system is implemented on the web and works under any OS.
Composition of services:
• Performing Work on the development and refinement of the System functionality in accordance with the Customer's requests and requirements.
• Provision of technical support and operation of the Yota Digital Posm System functionality in accordance with the Customer's requirements.
• Provision of services for the transfer of expertise on works and services.
Requirements for the competence of the Contractor's specialists
• Experience in developing client-server applications
• Analytics and architecture of such solutions
• Experience in developing web solutions
• Knowledge of languages (web) Php Pl / SQL
• Experience working with Symfony vue frameworks.js, DBMS recognition: Oracle
• Knowledge of basic software testing methods
• Experience in IT project management
• Experience in technical support of such solutions
• Experience in operating such solutions
Mandatory requirements of the Customer:
• Willingness to modify and maintain someone else's program code;
• Willingness to sign an NDA with Scartel LLC in accordance with the form provided in Appendix 2. You can only get a competitive task that includes a full description of the Customer's System if you have a signed NDA.
• Willingness to participate in electronic bidding and submit commercial offers through the B2B Center Electronic Trading Platform (ETP) (www.b2b-center.ru/)
The participant must post the following information on the B2B-Center ETP before the deadline specified as the deadline for accepting offers (before 15.00 Moscow time on June 30, 2021)::
• Completed RFI survey forms in MS Excel format.
• Scan of the signed Appendix 1.1 of the RFI Survey Forms " General information about the participant"
• Scan of the signed NDA-offer in the form of Appendix 2 to the Invitation. It is allowed to fill out the NDA form "by hand" with the mandatory indication of the date of signing.
