Company Tele2 conducts preliminary qualifying selection of participants for tender for selection of suppliers of BTL services for MR Moscow
The tender Procedure will begin at the end of the second quarter of 2019 year with the subsequent conclusion of the contract for 2 years.
We are looking for a professional, flexible, modern and creative look BTL agency, which has an active position in relation to its client, to implement and conduct annual events of the following nature:
• Realization of traffic-generating promo-activities at the points of sales of Moscow, with application of non-standard promo-tools and attraction of personnel on the basis of the provided concept.
• Development of non-standard concepts of promo-events, with application of non-standard promo-mechanic.
• Preparation and implementation of conferences and teambuilding for the employees of our macro-region.
• Purchase and maintenance of tax reports of the motivational fund of the macro-region
Selection Criteria:
• The Participant agrees to allocate the project group consisting of key account-and not less than from two project managers
• Providing a portfolio with the lack of 10 successful BTL projects in the sphere of trade-marketing in 2018.
• Providing at least 5 BTL projects with the use of non-standard promo-mechanic and not standard promo-personnel for 2018.
• Experience in working with telecom market companies (Megafon, MTC, Beeline, Yota)
To get to the list of potential bidders you need to attach the following documents to the application:
1. Agreement on non-disclosure of confidential information (signature. Seal)
2. Questionnaire (signature, stamp)
3. Consent to the processing of PD of persons specified in the Questionnaire (signature)
4. List of documents on the list
5. Portfolio, recommendations, any information about the company showing the above mentioned criteria.

This notice is of an informational nature and is not an offer to conclude a contract as defined in art. 435-437 Part I of the Civil Code of the RUSSIAN Federation. The qualification selection is also not a competition, and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of part I of the Civil code of the Russian Federation. This procedure of RFI request is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 part II of the Civil code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure of the RFI request does not impose on Tele2 the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
Tele2 assumes no obligation to conclude any contracts with the organizations company the above-mentioned package of documents.
A Potential counterparty that provides a qualifying package of documents Tele2 in accordance with this notice shall be responsible for the payment of any costs of preparing the package of documents.
