Tele2 company conducts prequalification of bidders for a tender for the selection of BTL service providers for MR Moscow for 2 years (marketing division)
Legal entities registered in the territory of the Russian Federation are allowed to participate in the qualification selection.
To get to the list of potential bidders, you must attach the following documents to the application:
1. Non-disclosure agreement of confidential information (signature. Seal)
2. Application form (signature, stamp)
3. Consent to the processing of PD of persons indicated in the Application (signature)
4. List of documents on the list
5. Portfolio, recommendations, any information about the company at the discretion of the participant
This notice is for informational purposes, and is not an offer to conclude an agreement as defined in Art. 435-437 of Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Qualification selection is also not a competition, and its implementation is not governed by Articles 447–449 of Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFI request procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057-1061 of Part II of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFI request procedure does not impose on Tele2 the corresponding amount of civil law obligations.
Tele2 does not bear any obligations to conclude any agreements with organizations that sent the above package of documents.
A potential counterparty providing a qualifying package of Tele2 documents in accordance with this notice is responsible for paying any costs for preparing a package of documents.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
