Payment terms:
Payment for the cost of the batch of products shall be made within 60 days after receipt by the Buyer of invoices issued in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. Payment form: Cashless payment - Payment order.
Delivery terms:
Delivery is carried out by the road transport of the Supplier. Delivery costs are included in the cost of the batch of products. Delivery within 10 calendar days after the signing of the specification.
Comments: We would like to draw your attention to the fact that your commercial offer (offer) must necessarily contain the following essential conditions:
• product name with reference to the normative and technical documentation (GOST, TU, SRT, etc.);
• the quantity of the products offered for delivery in the relevant units of procurement units of measurement;
• product price per unit of measurement; delivery basis (place of delivery, mode of transportation, information on costs included in the price of the goods, time of transfer of ownership);
• the delivery period and the delivery time of individual batches of products;
• terms and conditions of payment for products
Obligatory requirement - availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods.
Simultaneously with the submission of the proposal, an application of a technical description, a quality passport and a certificate of conformity is mandatory. Supplied products shall be free from any liens and encumbrances, shall be manufactured by the supplier or by dealership or similar contracts.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - the loading of the price offer signed by the authorized person and the seal of the organization.
The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure, it is necessary to conclude a supply contract with OAO GMZ, in the edition of OAO GMZ.
For counterparties that have previously registered in the System, but who have not received an EDS and have not paid for participation in the System, there is a possibility of downloading proposals by the request organizer price on behalf of the counterparty. For this, you must have three documents:
- Offers (commercial offers) certified by the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization;
- A document that establishes the right to act on behalf of the counterparty (for example, a power of attorney);
- Letter with refusal of further claims on the occasion of the fact that the offer is submitted at auction not by the Participant itself (in free form on the company letterhead with the signature of the authorized person). A mandatory condition for providing a file with documents in the price request confirming the status of the producer or dealer. The validity of the offer is 3 months.
