Обоснование: 1. Признать заявку ООО "Теплоприбор-Сенсор" соответствующей требованиям документации запроса ценовых котировок в электронной форме.
2. На основании статьи №22 гл. 8 п.4.9. Положения о закупках АО «УНИИКМ» признать процедуру запроса ценовых котировок в электронной форме на приобретение преобразователей давления "Crocus" не состоявшейся.
3. На основании статьи №27 гл.9 п.2. Положения о закупках АО «УНИИКМ» вправе отказаться от заключения договора после подведения итогов по запросу ценовых котировок.
