Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Оплата Поставщику производится по факту поставки на основании счета-фактуры в течение 30 календарных дней с даты подписания Грузополучателем документов, подтверждающих получение Продукции (актов приема-передачи Продукции, или товарных накладных (ТОРГ-12), или универсальных передаточных документов (УПД)), при условии поставки Продукции надлежащего качества и в надлежащей комплектности (подтверждается положительным Актом входного контроля), и представления Поставщиком документов, поименованных в пункте 3.5 настоящего Договора (при условии соблюдения требований к их оформлению, установленных действующим законодательством Российской Федерации и Договором).

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
