Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment upon delivery of the products within 30 calendar days after the contract is signed. Payment shall be made in the manner prescribed by the draft civil law contract (section 3 of the present documentation).
