Payment terms:Покупатель производит авансовый платеж в размере 100% от общей стоимости продукции в течение 15 рабочих дней на основании полученного счета от поставщика. Расчет производится в безналичном порядке путем перечисления д. ср. на р./сч. (в руб.)
Delivery terms:Отгрузка продукции осуществляется не позднее 15 дней с момента поступления предварительной оплаты на р./сч. Поставщика. Готовая продукция поставляется ж/д транспортом (при температуре выше +10С), в упакованном виде, в таре, обеспечивающей сохранность груза при перевозке и хранении. Стоимость транспортировки ж/д транспортом входит в общую стоимость по данному лоту и указывается отдельно от стоимости продукции. Транспортировка готовой продукции оплачивается заказчиком дополнительно по фактическим затратам. Поставка осуществляется в сроки и партиями взаимно согласованными Сторонами.
