Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the payment is made by the employer in the following order:
- payment of 45% of the loan amount, including VAT 18% is carried out within 10 (ten) banking days from the moment of signing the contract;
- payment of 45% of the loan amount, including VAT 18% is carried out within 10 (ten) banking days after the signature of the buyer of the merchandise subject to the availability of invoice invoices or universal gear document (UPD);
- payment of 10% of the loan amount, including VAT 18% is carried out within 10 (ten) banking days after the signing of the Act by the employer of the work performed.
The total amount of the contract included all costs associated with the performance of the contract Provider, including transportation costs, warranty, insurance, payment of taxes, duties and other compulsory payments, installation supervision, commissioning, training of customer's specialists.
Delivery terms:the delivery of products is carried out in the period from February 1, 2019 year on year March 29, 2019. Early delivery is not allowed.
Delivery is carried out by the transport provider, forwarding work associated with delivery are executed and forces at the expense of the supplier.
Installation supervision, as well as commissioning works begin within 5 working days after notification of readiness Provider customer to them. The total duration of the erection and commissioning of 8 working days.
