Данная процедура запроса предложений не является конкурсом либо аукционом, и ее проведение не регулируется статьями 447-449 части первой Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации. Данная процедура запроса предложений также не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется статьями 1057-1061 части второй Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации. Таким образом, данная процедура не накладывает на Заказчика соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств.
Дополнительные условия:
• С целью исключения ценового сговора Комиссия вправе отклонить Заявки Участников, аффилированных между собой (понятие аффилированного лица согласно ст. 4 закона РФ от 22.03.1991 № 948-1).
• При необходимости Заказчик имеет право продлевать срок окончания приема Предложений, установленный в Уведомлении о проведении запроса предложений с уведомлением всех участников.
• Договор по результатам запроса предложений, в случае определения победителя, будет заключен в течение 60 (шестидесяти) дней с момента подписания протокола по определению победителя запроса предложений.
