Payment terms:
delay of payment within 60 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer's warehouse or other payment terms, which are agreed upon by the parties additionally. In case of an advance payment, the Supplier shall submit an irrevocable bank guarantee for the amount not less than the amount of prepayment issued by the Bank of JSC "Uglemetbank" or banks belonging to the rating of the fifty largest banks of Russia or international Banks, with a rating not lower than BB +/Ваа2.
Delivery terms:
The supplied products shall be delivered by the supplier to the buyer's warehouse. Shipping cost is included in the price of the goods. The delivery date is the date of transfer of goods to the buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (trade-12) in the buyer's warehouse. Products delivery time: Minimum, according to applications. The delivered goods must be new, not repaired. Other terms of delivery are agreed by the parties additionally.
Comments: 1. Mandatory requirement-loading of the commercial offer (offer) with the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the Organization (please submit an offer on the form offer + Appendix № 1 purchase documentation).
2. Pay attention! In case if to delivery the products of other manufacturer (not original) or with other catalogue number are offered, the name of the manufacturer and the changed catalogue number are obligatory specified in the commercial offer. The offer shall be accompanied with the letter signed by the head of the company, certifying that the offered products are equivalent to those requested.
3. Proposal (offer) validity period shall be not less than 60 calendar days from the submission thereof.
4. One of the important criteria for evaluating a proposal is the postponement of payment. The preferred grace period is 60 days or more from the date of delivery.
5. Mandatory requirement for the participants — availability of quality and origin certificates. The winner shall conclude a standard supply contract (Attachment 2). In the presence of contradictions, the participant, before the end of the procurement procedure, attaches to the electronic trading or sends a protocol to the organizer of the dispute to the draft agreement. The status of the supplier must be immediately confirmed after the end of the procedure with the provision of the necessary electronic documents.
6. 7. Please note that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code, Art. 1057 - 1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil liabilities, and reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the Participants.
8. Participants’ proposals shall be sent in the form of e-document signed by digital signature. After the Peretorzhek procedures, proposals for additional changes to the price proposal are not accepted.
