Payment terms:
100% deferment of payment upon products delivery. Preferred period of delay - not less than 60 days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the warehouse of the Buyer. Other terms of payment are agreed upon by the Parties additionally.
Payment for products is carried out in a non-cash order by transferring funds to the vendor's settlement account. The currency of payment is the Russian ruble.
The buyer makes payments for the payment of the products on the basis of the acceptance results provided that the Supplier provides originals with documents confirming the quality of the products, invoices and invoices that correspond to the results of the acceptance and issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
Delivery terms:
The supplied products shall be delivered by the supplier to the buyer's warehouse. The cost of delivery is included in the price of the goods. The date of delivery is the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the commodity bill (TORG-12) at the buyer's warehouse.
