Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Форма оплаты – безналичный расчет:
- авансовый платеж в размере 30% от цены договора, в том числе НДС 18%;
- окончательный платеж в размере 70% от цены договора, в том числе НДС 18%, осуществляется с учетом произведенного авансового платежа и в пределах цены договора в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с момента поставки Товара в полном объеме, указанном в спецификации, на склад Заказчика и подписания сторонами товарно-транспортной накладной.
Цена включает в себя стоимость товара, транспортные расходы по доставке товара в адрес Заказчика, гарантийные обязательства, таможенные пошлины, расходы на страхование, а также другие обязательства и иные платежи, выплаченные или подлежащие к выплате поставщиком.
