Payment terms:
1. Prices must be specified taking into account transportation costs to the buyer's warehouse
2. Payment of 100% within 30 banking days from the receipt of the goods at the buyer's warehouse.
3. Payment for the goods can be made by the Buyer by transferring to the Supplier a bank bill of the Security Council of the Russian Federation with a maturity of 30 days. Transfer of bills is carried out under the act of acceptance.
Delivery terms:
1. The delivery time for the goods to the Buyer's warehouse is up to 70 calendar days after signing the contract
2. Warranty at least 12 months

2. The supplier is obliged to complete the delivery on its own. Engagement of the third parties is acceptable only upon a prior written consent of the Customer.
By submitting an offer (offer), the Supplier guarantees that it is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Customer, the Supplier is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow a sufficient degree of confidence to verify the integrity of the Supplier, the Customer is entitled to request other documents confirming the possibility of independent delivery of materials by the Supplier, including, but not limited to: extract from the staffing table with attached copies of labor contracts of the persons involved in the delivery, information about the ownership or right of lease: office, warehouse, production facilities, equipment/tools/mechanisms, transport facilities.
In case none of the said documents are provided, the Customer has the right to reject the proposal (offer).
