Comments: 1. All questions on the procedure shall be set using functionality of E-marketplace (requests for clarification). 2. To the proposals in electronic form the participants of the procedure before the opening of the envelopes shall attach application form and documents of the applicant in accordance with profiles simultaneously with the proposal and file as a scanned copy of commercial proposal, signed by an authorized person and stamped by the participating company. In case of failure or improper performance of the requirements of the procedure by the participant the organizer of procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of the participant. 3. The supplier of products must be manufacturer or manufacturer's authorized dealer or distributor (supporting documents shall be provided by the participant with commercial proposal). 4. The cost of products shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation is required). 5. Additionally, you shall provide certificates and passports of quality, technical documentation.
Note. This request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code, Art. 1057 - 1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil liabilities, and reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without thereby bearing any liabilities towards Participants.
