Payment terms:
Payment is made within 60 calendar days after the end of the month in which delivery took place.
Delivery terms:
The product is delivered by road to the Buyer's warehouse (LUKOIL-AIK BPO Base 174 km of Surgut-Novy Urengoy route), or by rail transport to the station. Kogalym or to the transport company's terminal in the city. Mandatory electronic documents:

1. The products must be new (official confirmation must be loaded on ETP).
2. Product Requirements:

3. Participation is:
- Producers of requested products;
- Official representatives, dealers (obligatory to provide supporting certificates, certificates, official letters from the manufacturer granting authority to sell the requested products);
4. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Compliance with all stated requirements
- Offer price
- Member status (manufacturer, dealer);
- Delivery time;
- Consent by the party to the drafting of the organizer's contract, signing the contract without a protocol of disagreement (official confirmation must be uploaded to ETP);
- Fixing the price for the entire delivery period from the time of the procedure to the time the item is transferred to the customer's warehouse (official confirmation must be loaded to ETP).
5. Product delivery must be in accordance with the stated requirements (both regulatory requirements and additional customer requirements agreed upon by the parties).
6. The incorporation documents for the contract must be provided after the applicant is recognized as the winner (the list is attached in the nested file);
7. This procedure of requesting proposals is not a contest and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of part two of the Russian Civil Code. Therefore, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligation on the customer.
8. This request for proposals is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The Promoter has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time since the date of announcement, including after the deadline for applications.
9. In order to exclude any risks, the Company reserves the right to test potential suppliers for good and integrity by any available, when selecting a winner tools and methods.
10. Proposals from participants on the register of unscrupulous suppliers will not be accepted.
11. Required to complete the tabular part on ETP! Information relating to the parameters of the procured product and other requirements of procurement documentation should be fully entered into the offer fields. Failure to comply with these requirements is grounds for rejecting this proposal.
