The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Comments:
1) All questions through the site.
2) The goods must be labeled and packed in special containers (packaging) that meet the standards, TU, mandatory rules and requirements for containers and packaging. Packaging should ensure the complete safety of goods for the entire period of their transportation, taking into account overloads and long-term storage.
3) The equipment must have a certificate of "type approval of measurements", a certificate of verification.
4) All technical documentation must be submitted in Russian.
5) The supplied equipment must be new, without operating time.
6) A prerequisite for participation in the request for proposals and the conclusion of a supply agreement is the presence of a manufacturer status, or valid dealership with manufacturers.
7) Analogs are not considered
8) Filling in additional information is required.
9) In case of discrepancy between the information specified in the commercial offer and the electronic platform, the information specified on the trading platform is accepted for consideration
10) According to the rules, the offer on the trading floor must be presented STRICTLY IN RUBLES at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation as of 01.10.
