Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

1) All questions through the site.
2) The equipment must have a passport, manual, certificate of conformity.
3) All technical documentation should be presented in Russian.
4) The equipment supplied must be new, without operating time.
5) A prerequisite for participating in the request for proposals and concluding a supply contract is the status of the manufacturer, or existing dealerships with manufacturers.
6) Additional information is required. Information is available only to the organizer.
7) In case of discrepancy between the information specified in the commercial offer and the electronic platform, the information indicated on the trading platform is accepted
8) The offer on the trading platform in accordance with the rules should be submitted STRICTLY IN RUBLES, calculated at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on 06.25.2020
