The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

1) All questions through the site.
2) The equipment must have a passport, operation manual, certificate of conformity.
3) All technical documentation must be submitted in Russian.
4) The supplied equipment must be new, without operating time.
5) A prerequisite for participation in the request for proposals and the conclusion of a supply agreement is the presence of a manufacturer status, or valid dealer authority with manufacturers.
6) Additional information is required. The information is available only to the organizer.
7) In case of discrepancy between the information specified in the commercial offer and the electronic platform, the information specified on the trading platform is accepted for consideration
8) According to the rules, the offer on the trading floor must be presented STRICTLY IN RUBLES converted at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on 08/05/2020
