Payment terms:
payment of the cost of a batch of products is made within 60 days after receipt by the buyer of the invoice, issued in accordance with the tax code of the Russian Federation. Payment form: Non-cash-payment order, provided that the buyer has no claim for the name, quantity and quality of the goods transferred
Delivery terms:
delivery is carried out within 10 calendar days by automobile transport of the supplier. Shipping costs are included in the price of the product batch. The products should be marked and packed in the packaging, ensuring the safety of products during transportation and storage, according to Gost, Tu, OST. Packaging (packing) is non-refundable.
Comments: 1. This notice is not a notification of the request for proposals and has no legal effect. The customer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the procedure of open request for proposals at any time, without incurring any liability to the suppliers.
2. The winner of the request for proposals will be chosen by the participant offered the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.
3. The contract on the results of the request for a proposal, in case of determination of the winner, will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days from the date of signing the protocol on determining the winner of the request for proposals.
4. The Photorelay fr-7 should be with a remote photocell of 1 m long.
