Payment terms:payment of the cost of a batch of products is made within 60 days after receipt by the buyer of invoices, issued in accordance with the tax code of the Russian Federation. Payment form: Non-cash-payment order, provided that the buyer has no claims on the name, quantity and quality of the goods transferred
Delivery terms:delivery is carried out within 10 calendar days by the supplier's motor transport. Shipping costs are included in the product batch price. The products must be labelled and packaged in a package that ensures the safety of the products during transportation and storage, according to Gost, Tu, OST. Packaging is not refundable.

Comments:
1. This notice is not an announcement of the request for proposals and has no relevant legal consequences. The customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the procedure of open request for proposals at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.

2. The winner of the request for proposals will be chosen by the participant, who offered together the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.

3. The Agreement on the results of the request of the proposal, in case of determining the winner, will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days from the moment of signing the Protocol on determination of the winner of the request.
