Payment terms:
Payment for the cost of a batch of products is made within 60 days after the Buyer receives invoices drawn up in accordance with the Tax Code. Payment form: Cashless - Payment order, provided that the Buyer has no complaints regarding the name, quantity and quality of the goods transferred
Delivery terms:
Delivery is carried out within 10 calendar days by the supplier’s motor vehicles. Shipping costs are included in the cost of the batch of products. Products must be labeled and packaged in packaging that ensures the safety of the Products during transportation and storage, in accordance with GOST, TU, OST. Container (packaging) is not refundable.
Comments: 1. This notice is not a notice of the request for proposals and has no corresponding legal consequences. The customer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the open request for proposals procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to suppliers.
2. The winner of the request for proposals will be the participant who has proposed together the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.
3. The contract on the results of the request for proposals, in the case of determining the winner, will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days from the date of signing the protocol for determining the winner of the request for proposals.
4. FR-7 photo relay should be with an external photocell 1 m long.
