Delivery terms:
within Q4-1 2021-2022, according to orders (in batches for each section of the construction position), delivery is no more than 5 working days from the date of receipt of the application by the supplier.
The Supplier must ensure the packaging of the Goods that can prevent its damage or damage during transportation to the final destination, taking into account overloads and its long-term storage. The packaging of the Goods must fully ensure the transportation conditions for this type of Goods.
The product must be marked with the following information:
- trademark (if any) and the name of the manufacturer;
- product designation.
When delivering the Goods, the Supplier provides the Customer with the following documentation:
a) documents on certification of the Goods; certificates (or declarations) of conformity, etc.
b) a technical passport for the Goods in Russian and/or a user manual (operating manual) by the Goods in Russian;
c) issued warranty cards or similar documents, indicating the factory (serial) numbers of the Goods and the warranty period;
d) account, invoice;
e) a bill of lading in 3 copies. (two copies for the Customer and one for the Supplier);
f) the act of acceptance and transfer of the Goods in 2 copies. (one copy for the Customer and one for the Supplier).
The place and quantity of the batch is determined by the Customer's request.
Delivery of goods to the place of delivery is carried out by the supplier at his expense
The goods are shipped in batches, the quantity of goods in each batch is determined by the buyer's request agreed with the supplier. The delivery is carried out using special equipment (manipulator).

Обоснование: По результатам проведенных торгов и испытаний было определено:
1. Отопительные приборы Билит 500/100 и Halsen BS 350/80 с теплоотдачей секции 187 и 125 Вт соответственно, предлагаемые участником занявшим первое место ООО «РЕМОСАН» имеют большой процент брака в части межсекционных неплотностей, который подтверждается сборкой пробной партии для объекта Московский проспект 179 поз.9 и опрессовкой ряда приборов в цеху СТУ (4 прибора из 10 при опрессовке пропускают воздух).
2. Отопительные приборы Halsen BS 500/80 и 350/80 с теплоотдачей секции 162,5 и 125 Вт соответственно, предлагаемые участником занявшим второе место ООО «СТМ» не удовлетворяют требованиям проектной и закупочной документации (требуемая мощность секции минимум 180 Вт).
3. Отопительные приборы Теплоприбор БР1 500/90 и 350/900 с теплоотдачей секции 185 и 136 Вт соответственно, предлагаемые участником занявшим третье место ООО «Гидропласт» удовлетворяют требованиям проектной и закупочной документации, опробованы на ряду объектов и рекламации по качеству на данный момент не имеют.
Признать победителем участника занявшего третье место ООО «Гидропласт».
