Comments:
1) All questions through the site.
2) Goods must be labeled and packaged in special containers (packaging) that meet the standards, technical specifications, mandatory rules and requirements for containers and packaging. Packaging should ensure the complete safety of goods for the entire duration of their transportation, taking into account overloads and long-term storage.
3) The equipment must have a certificate "on the approval of the type of measurement", a certificate of verification.
4) All technical documentation should be presented in Russian.
5) The equipment supplied must be new, without operating time.
6) A prerequisite for participating in the request for proposals and concluding a supply contract is the status of the manufacturer, or existing dealerships with manufacturers.
7) The offer on the trading platform according to the rules should be presented in rubles in terms of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation rate on 01/24/2020
8) In case of discrepancy between the information specified in the commercial offer and the electronic platform, the information indicated on the trading platform is accepted for consideration.
9) Analogs are not considered
