Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Thus, this procedure for requesting prices does not impose on the Customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
The cost on the electronic site must be entered without VAT.
BIDDING PROPOSALS WILL BE CONSIDERED IF THE PARTICIPANT SUBMITS VALUE FOR ALL POSITIONS.
The procedure will definitely include rebidding.
