2. Google Meet telephone conferences with tender participants.
3. Collection of updated technical and commercial proposals.

4. INFORMATION ON FILLING IN AND SENDING A TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL OFFER:
In the technical and commercial offer, it is necessary to fill in all the boxes highlighted in green: company name, tariff, qualification information, etc.
The "Qualification Information" table is mandatory! In the "Qualification Details" table, you must strictly select/fill in the values from the ones in parentheses (...).
The technical and commercial offer is PROHIBITED (!!! ) change the values in all cells except green!
The technical and commercial proposal must be sent in two formats:
1. The completed Excel format is mandatory (you do not need to certify it);
2. Scan in pdf format. This requires:
¾ print out the completed quotation in A4 format so that the rates are visible.
¾ certify the technical and commercial offer, it is mandatory to indicate the full name, signature and seal ON EACH PAGE;
¾ scan a certified file (A4 format).

Applications for participation in the tender are accepted until 18:00 on December 1, 2021.
