Payment terms:
В течение 20 банковских дней с даты поступления Товара на станцию назначения и предоставления Поставщиком оригинала счета-фактуры, оригинала или копии ж/д квитанции на перевозку груза с отметкой станции отправления, подтверждающей отправку Товара со станции отправления, или в течение 20 банковских дней с даты получения Товара грузополучателем и предоставления Поставщиком оригинала счета-фактуры, оригинала или копии товарно-транспортной накладной, свидетельствующей о приемке Товара грузополучателем. Поставщик обязан предоставить Покупателю счет-фактуру, датированную отчетным месяцем /месяцем отгрузки/, в срок не позднее 5 дней, считая со дня отгрузки Товара.
Delivery terms:
Франко-пункт назначения. Датой поставки Товара является дата штемпеля станции назначения на железнодорожной накладной, свидетельствующая о прибытии Товара на станцию назначения или дата, указанная в товарно-транспортной накладной, свидетельствующая о приемке Товара грузополучателем. Обязанность Поставщика по поставке Товара считается исполненной в момент прибытия Товара на станцию назначения или в момент получения Товара грузополучателем.
