Оплата Товара производится Покупателем в течение 20 (двадцати) банковских дней с момента подписания Акта приемки Товара и получения от Поставщика счета и счета-фактуры, оформленных в соответствии с требованиями налогового законодательства РФ.

Срок поставки: согласно графика поставки.
Базис поставки: Франко-пункт назначения. Датой поставки Товара является дата штемпеля станции назначения на железнодорожной накладной, свидетельствующая о прибытии Товара на станцию назначения или дата, указанная в товарно-транспортной накладной, свидетельствующая о приемке Товара грузополучателем. Обязанность Поставщика по поставке Товара считается исполненной в момент прибытия Товара на станцию назначения или в момент получения Товара грузополучателем.
