Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Free delivery by the supplier to all or part of the RC will be considered a competitive advantage. The delivery method will be determined by the Buyer based on the results of the auction.

Equipment warranty - 24 months. An increase in warranty will be considered a competitive advantage.

Price fixing (with VAT 20%) from 01/01/2019 to 01/01/2020

Filling out the file "TTX Checkout counter 1200x800x300 mm MK" is mandatory.

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

A procurement participant can repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of filing.
Only one legal entity can participate in the competitive procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing from the competition all affiliated participants.
