Comments:
the volume declared in the TOR is calculated for 1 year. The winner will also have priority on orders of further years;

Scope of delivery: 80 sets;
The supplier together with the equipment must provide valid certificates confirming the level of safety of the goods, as well as its consumer properties, warranty coupons, passports and instructions. All user manuals and other documents necessary for its operation must be in Russian language;
All supplied equipment must be new, not filmed from production, in undamaged packaging intended for transportation;
The technical specifications of the equipment supplied shall conform to or exceed the standard specifications of the equipment specified in the TOR;
In case of offer analogues it is necessary to provide comparative analysis of characteristics of requested and offered equipment with indication of advantages (best functional, longer warranty period, etc.);
All necessary driver and connection cords must be present.


This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
