Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the delivered Goods under the contract (a separate stage of the contract, which is each signed act of acceptance and transfer of the Goods) is made with a delay of no more than 15 working days if the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized businesses. Or, if the Supplier does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses, then payment under this Agreement is carried out with a delay of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date the Buyer signs the acceptance certificate, provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment for the Goods.
