Payment terms:The price includes shipping and VAT.
Payment: a delay in payment of 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the warehouse of the Buyer, on the basis of an invoice, or an invoice, or the Supplier's invoice
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out by parties within a month on the basis of an agreed request. The application is agreed upon not later than one working day before delivery.
A consignment of goods is the entire volume of the Goods of one nomenclature, received by one vehicle. Acceptance of the Goods by quantity is carried out at the moment of transfer of the Goods in the warehouse of the Buyer. The unloading time is no more than 3 (three) hours provided the car is delivered for unloading from 8.00 to 22.00 (7 days a week).
Acceptance of the Goods is carried out by the Buyer during the unloading of the vehicle, as well as in the course of production activities (during which hidden defects of the Goods may be revealed).
The quality of the Goods must meet the following requirements:
• absence of mechanical damage - the boards and checkers necessary for the construction must be in place without visible damage (not broken). Insignificant chips (not more than 20 cm in length and 2 cm in width) and undisclosed cracks (up to 25 cm in length) are allowed on boards that do not expose nails and do not significantly affect the strength of the pallet.
• the absence of protruding fasteners (nails and staples) - nails and staples should not stick out, their sharp ends should be bent and completely recessed into the wood across the fibers.
• no wood defects, dirt, paint, no rot, mold (for example, in the form of black spots), traces of bird droppings, wet spots. Pallets should be the color of a freshly sawed tree, a slight darkening of the wood from time is allowed.
• quality of assembly - the absence of through gaps between the contacting surfaces of parts.
The buyer has the right not to accept and not pay for the entire shipment of the Goods, or part thereof, if during unloading, the Goods were not found to meet the quality requirements in an amount exceeding 5% (five percent) of the lot.
In the event of the Buyer's refusal to accept the Goods due to non-compliance of its quality with the established requirements, the Supplier shall ensure the delivery of the corresponding Goods for a period not exceeding 24 (twenty four) hours from the date of notice of the refusal to accept the Goods, regardless of whether the Supplier accepts the Claim, or not.

Comments:
This procedure for requesting proposals is not an offer, an invitation to make offers, acceptance of an offer or an invitation to bid, its conduct is not governed by articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFQ procedure is not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose any civil and legal obligations on the Customer towards the Participants or third parties that may incur any losses due to this.
The Customer shall not be obliged to conclude any deals based on the RFP results and has the right to reject all the received proposals (requests) for any reason or to terminate the RFP procedure at any time without prior notification of the Participants and shall not be liable to the Participants or third parties that may incur any losses due to this. The Customer shall not also bear an indemnity obligation to the Participants or the third parties for any losses related to their participation in this RFP procedure. The procurement participant, taking part in the procedure for requesting proposals, confirms that he is acquainted and agrees with these conditions.
The organizer has the right to stage 2 stage (rebidding) in case of receiving an unsatisfactory result in the first stage.
The winner of the procedure will be the offer of the applicant who offered the best conditions in accordance with the requirements and criteria of the procedure.
In case of failure of deliveries by the winner (s) of the tender on the contract already concluded with the Customer, the right to supply goods and services passes to the bidder who offered the next lowest price for delivery

Evaluation and selection criteria:
1. Conformity of the subject of procurement with quality and technical requirements;
2. The cost of the offer;
3. Terms of payment and delivery;
4. Consent with the standard contract form.

Based on the results of the auction conducted, the winner of the auction purchases a test batch of products for testing and input control in order to establish the required level of quality of the purchased products (materials).
Before the conclusion of the contract and in consultation with the supplier, a representative of Remos-Alfa LLC can travel to the supplier for the purpose of an audit to determine its actual capabilities to meet the requirements.

The availability of the questionnaire and the commercial offer on the forms according to the applications is MANDATORY.

If the documents uploaded to the site are signed by EDS, then they should not be certified by the signature of the head and the seal of the organization. If the EDS is not used, then it is necessary to load scanned documents with a seal and a signature.
