Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
The Buyer transfers funds to the Seller's account as an advance payment (advance payment) within 5 (five) business days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. The amount of the advance payment is determined by the Buyer independently.
Terms of delivery:
Place of delivery of the Goods: In retail outlets (gas stations) located on the territory of the area where the Customer is located and areas of the city of St. Petersburg bordering on the area where the customer is located, and the Leningrad Region.
Delivery of fuel cards should be carried out by the Seller on his own transport and at his own expense to the Buyer's address: Russian Federation, St. Petersburg, st. Kurchatova, d. 1, letter A, within no more than 2 (two) working days after receiving each relevant application from the Seller.
The approximate volume of supplied fuel is 10 106.44 liters of AI95, 214.56 liters of AI92, 1,736.00 liters of diesel fuel. The fuel must be dispensed at the retail price of the point of sale (gas station) valid at the time of refueling. Requirements for the delivery of the Goods are given in the Technical Requirements (section 3 of the procurement documentation)
