Auto-extension

Payment terms:Оплата за поставленный товар производится путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Поставщика.
Условия оплаты товара – отсрочка платежа 30 календарных дней с даты выставления счетов-фактур, поставки товара и подписания акта приема-передачи.
Delivery terms:Сроки (периоды) поставки: июнь 2016 - июнь 2017г. Поставка осуществляется строго согласно письменным заявкам Заказчика. Не заказанный товар не поставляется, не принимается и не оплачивается Заказчиком. В случае, если Заказчик не направил заявку на продукцию Поставщик не вправе требовать ее оплаты и/или выборки.
Поставщик обязуется доставить товар в течении 10 дней со дня получения письменной заявки.
Условия доставки: Товар поставляется до склада Грузополучателя за счет Поставщика. Стоимость услуг по доставке продукции включена в стоимость продукции.
