Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
In Russian rubles, within 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of delivery of the relevant consignment of the Goods (signing by the Parties of the consignment note to the consignment of goods) on the basis of the Supplier's account for payment of this consignment of goods.
