Обоснование: 1) не допустить к стадии оценки и сопоставления заявку ООО ПКФ «РИГАЛ» (по лоту №1) - основание представлено в соответствующем столбце;
2) по лоту №1 признать запрос цен несостоявшимся ввиду отсутствия поданных заявок, соответствующих требованиям закупочной документации;
3) по лоту №2 признать запрос цен несостоявшимся и на основании п.8.11.2 «Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для АО «Научно-производственная корпорация «Уралвагонзавод» (с изменениями)» заключить договор с ООО ПКФ «РИГАЛ» с суммой договора 701 805,00 руб. с учетом НДС, как с участником закупочной процедуры, подавшим единственное ценовое предложение, соответствующее требованиям закупочной документации.
