Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment for the delivered Goods shall be made with a delay of not less than 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date the Buyer signs the acceptance certificate, provided that the Buyer is provided with a full set of documents for payment for the Goods:
- The original bill of lading (TORG-12 form) for the Goods signed by the Parties - 2 copies .;
- Original invoice - 1 copy;

- Copies of transport documents with the corresponding mark on sending the goods - 1 copy.
Delivery terms:
When the supplier’s warehouse is located within the boundaries of the city of Kirov, Kirov Region, delivery is carried out at own expense. If the supplier’s warehouse is located outside the city of Kirov, Kirov Region, delivery is carried out by shipments by rail or road and at the expense of the Supplier to the consignee’s warehouse.
