Обоснование: Закупочной комиссией принято решение:
1. Не допустить к стадии оценки и сопоставления заявок ООО «Энергосервис», ООО Торговый дом «Энергомашкомплект», ООО «А-ЭНЕРГОТЕХ», ООО «ИТЦ Конвен» – основание принятия решения предоставлено в соответствующем столбце.
2. В связи с тем, что на участие в запросе цен допущена одна заявка, на основании п. 8.11.1 Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для АО «НПО «Электромашина» (с изменениями) признать запрос цен несостоявшимся.
3. На основании п. 8.11.3 Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для АО «НПО «Электромашина» (с изменениями) заключить договор на сумму 1 457 800,00 рублей с учетом НДС с организацией ООО СК «ДАСТЕКС».
