Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Оплата за поставленный товар производится путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет поставщика, после выставления поставщиком счета-фактуры.
Условия оплаты товара: отсрочка платежа 30 календарных дней с даты выставления счета - фактуры.
В случае если по результатам закупочной процедуры победитель будет являться СМП и ССП оплата производится следующим образом: оплата в течение 30 (тридцать) календарных дней с момента поставки продукции на склад покупателя.

Условия доставки: доставка осуществляется ж/д транспортом Покупателя.
Поставка продукции осуществляется на основании письменных заявок Покупателя. В течение 10 календарных дней после получения заявки. Не заказанный товар не поставляется не принимается и не оплачивается Покупателем. Толеранс: ± 10%.
Покупатель оставляет за собой право произвести выборку продукции ж/д транспортом за свой счет. При организации Покупателем доставки продукции за свой счет, цена, включающая в себя стоимость доставки, подлежит уменьшению на сумму транспортных расходов, предусмотренных в ней.
