Delivery terms:Франко-пункт назначения. Датой поставки Товара является дата, указанная в товарно-транспортной накладной, свидетельствующая о приемке Товара грузополучателем. Обязанность Поставщика по поставке Товара считается исполненной в момент получения Товара грузополучателем. Поставка осуществляется согласно графика поставки отдельными партиями, на основании заявок Покупателя. Не заказанная заказчиком продукция не поставляется, не принимается заказчиком и не оплачивается.
