Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Форма оплаты – безналичный расчет.
Аванс в размере 50% от общей стоимости Договора оплачивается Поставщику в течение 20 (двадцати) банковских дней после подписания настоящего договора и получения Заказчиком 1 (одного) экземпляра оригинала счета Поставщика;
40% общей стоимости Договора оплачиваются Поставщику в течение 20 (двадцати) банковских дней с момента поставки Оборудования на склад Заказчика и подписания сторонами Акта приема-передачи.
Окончательный расчет в размере 10% перечисляется на расчетный счёт Поставщика в течение 20 (двадцати) банковских дней с момента подписания сторонами Акта ввода Оборудования в эксплуатацию.
